We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states).
Plants currently ship from our shop in Ashland, OR, so delivery may take between 3-5 business days from leaving our facility, depending on the destination. During periods of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed for the safety of your plant. Shipping cost varies based on distance traveled and total order size.
Orders over $100 ship free with code “PLANT100”.
Shipping fees are non-refundable after a package has been dispatched.
Returns
We don't accept returns on live goods, but if your plant or planter comes damaged, send us a note ASAP along with pictures of the damage to hello@shoplunalove.com and we'll take care of you.
We do not accept returns on accessories, supplies, or merchandise.
